It was a great opportunity to connect with all of you. Personally, I learnt quite a bit - thanks to all the trainers who are so well informed and appear to be powerhouses of knowledge. Free sharing of experiences was like icing on the cake. It was good to be away from day-to-day pressures for a while (and the phone switched off / silenced for most part of the day). The resort was lovely and provided the right kind of ambience for a program such as this. The bonhomie within the group was absolutely wonderful - thanks everyone for the spirited, refreshing, and joyous entertainment

I came to know about CEO Satsang through e2e People Practices. The intervention put me in touch with some good people in search of meaning (not profit) in life. Their experience has clarified my own understanding of life. Spontaneous outflow of interest to support each other was quite strengthening. It was a wonderful experience beginning from the venue. The whole workshop was created in order to revisit all the corners [Resources, finance, work efficiency, value add and customers] of a department or even a holding. I liked the holistic approach applied here. I experienced a pretty controlled peer learning experience unlike elsewhere. I always saw a holding as a delivery centre with many hungry customers. The workshop projected the hidden threats and available opportunities for a focused entrepreneur.

The main objective in joining CEO Satsang was to improve the growth of our organisation. It helped me in meeting like-minded people and learning a lot from them. Also, I got to understand and explore a lot of new things and concepts. Sessions of Coach Mr.John Hunter were the most enjoyable part. I now see my business expanding to 50 times of what it is now. I shall conclude with saying ‘There are no words to express the experiences, they have to be experienced.

I joined the CEO Satsang to update myself with the latest management systems. This intervention has truly caused a paradigm shift in my thinking and now I have started devoting more time on planning. I have become more organized and have expanded my horizons of thinking to develop my company in all spheres. The highlights of this intervention are the sessions on self-actualisation and organizational behavior. Lastly, I would like to recommend the Satsang to all the other CEOs who wish to expand their horizons.

I’m privileged to be associated with the SLE team. CEO Satsang has made me rethink certain concepts which I was practicing. On interacting with peers from different domains, I realized that there were common challenges encountering all of us. Self-actualisation helped us in determining our capabilities . Now, I think of taking this organisation to the next level by concentrating on people practices and bringing in more projects. CEOs are too pre-occupied with their work related preferences that they miss the broader picture. I feel energized and refreshed after taking CEO Satsang which is a symbiosis of right support, training, skills and experts sharing their expenses. I’m quite impressed by Mr.Chenraj Jain’s way of sharing and explaining things. I don’t see my organisation growing in numbers, rather I believe in laying strong foundations for sustainable accelerated growth. On the personal front, it is only a beginning. This intervention is a necessity for CEOs of start-ups and those who are struggling with making choices. I see this novel concept blooming and paying-off from the satisfaction point of view.
